The 27th is also the day in 2017 that then, Fr. Tremblay, issued authorization to the Marian Devotional Movement to begin enrolling people once again in the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary at Canada's National Marian Shrine. He was named a bishop by the Holy Father within months. The Portuguese and Spanish versions are slated for release on December 8th, the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception. Our Lady of the Cape is fashioned after this image.
