Mother Mary vs Canada post

My father was gifted this statue at hs first comminion from his mom. Makes it around 80+ years. I believe its plaster.

When my father passed this statue was sent to me via canada post in a brown envelope. Mother Mary arrived safely with no damage at all.

This statue means the world to me.

I miss my dad dearly.
