Yesterday at St. Michael’s Cathedral in Toronto, Fr. Portelli, Rector of the Cathedral, welcomed the Marian Devotional Movement in order to establish the last city on the “Sword” and to provide an opportunity for Our Lady of the Cape to visit her children in Toronto.
